1. Scope & Services
Giraaf Park provides specialized software engineering services, business solutions integration (SMEs, Law Firms, E-Commerce), sovereign AI agent deployments, as well as 5-Day Commando Development Sprints.
2. Quotes, Pricing & Orders
Each service is subject to a formal quote or a deployment roadmap specifying technical scope and delivery timelines. The order becomes binding upon signature and receipt of the agreed deposit.
3. 5-Day Commando Sprints
For "5-Day Sprint" packages, the execution timeline begins once specifications are validated and technical access is provided by the client.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are made in accordance with invoice terms (international/local bank transfer or secure payment gateways).
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Giraaf Park guarantees strict confidentiality regarding client data. Full intellectual property of custom deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment.
